I tried cleaning my GSEICE solf serve ST16RELW and each time I flooded my kitchen. Your videos on how to clean this unit are terrible. Now that I have had 3 floods I am scared to try again. What good is a machine you cannot clean? And there in no one to call in the USA to help! The manual that comes with the unit does not help.
