The customer service was terrific. We received this item via two separate shipping channels so we could get it to Hawaii. It arrived on the first leg from GSEICE with zero damage and package tip indicators showed no mishandling. On the second leg the product was not properly handled by FedEx, and sadly the touch screen was damaged. However, I reached out to GSEICE via email, and they immediately reached back. A replacement screen was sent to me along with video instructions on how to replace. It took about 15 minutes to replace the screen, and everything was in perfect working condition. I was able to get it setup and running yesterday and made my first batch of ice-cream. It worked perfectly. Also, it is super easy to clean.

These ice cream machines are very sleek looking and low profile (but pretty heavy, meaning a good build and quality)!! I purchased two of these soft serve ice cream machines to use at work for fun days and honestly because it is just awesome to have soft serve and frozen yogurt whenever you want.... It has been a joy to learn how to create custom home made flavors (YouTube) and to find flavor mixes online. The kids are having a blast with it. We ordered color-changing spoons and 5 oz cups, adding to the wow factor. We recommend this exact unit to anyone contemplating taking the step into your FroYo heavenly journey.... Assembly is easy and very simple, clean-up is a breeze, and very few steps... I was shocked that it only takes approx. 8-10 minutes until your ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt (whatever you choose to make) is ready. I love the consistency... ***NOTE: One of the machines came in and had an LL error code... I sent a message to the seller hoping that there would be an easily resolution. Literally within minutes of my message to the seller, I was contacted on my number listed from my amazon message and we used a video chat feature to evaluate the error code. They carefully walked me through opening up the back of the unit and they quickly noticed that a certain magnet was dislodged from its proper position (most likely from UPS being rough during shipping and not following the "this side up" on the shipping container). Long story short we got the machine running perfectly, and over several video chats I feel like I made some wonderful new friends. These guys are so dang nice and expert in their field. I trust them 100%, which is rare to say these days.

The best way to get soft serve at home or office

First of all, this thing works. Use the powdered soft serve mix and water, whisk it up real good, and push the button. Done. From "keep fresh" to "frozen" only takes about 5 minutes to firm up. The machine does warm the surrounding room tremendously, so use in a bigger space or you might get heat-soak into the freezing cylinder (just takes longer to re-shape between servings). The "your lover your partner" graphic is... hilarious, and can't be changed! Customer service is great, albeit from China. There was damage on delivery, and GSEICE and Amazon worked to resolve it no problem. Having soft serve on demand will change your life.
