Easy set up, easy clean. Works well!
This Slushie machine is wonderful! We use it for parties and church gatherings. We've made a lot of slushies and milkshakes. Our favorite slushie has been pineapple-orange. We use 2 liter sodas in orange and pineapple and pour equal amounts in the hopper and let it go. For milkshakes, we've used the copycat Wendy's Frosty recipe and we've used powdered soft ice cream with milk, flavoring, and a little sugar. Most recipes you find for other makers will work just fine on this model. Have fun experimenting. BTW, try a caramel frappe, it's fantastic. Use cold coffee, caramel, and a sugar. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caremel.
Great for having an alcoholic and non-alcoholic frozen drink ready for your next party. Since we purchased it in May, it's become a regular weekend gathering point for the neighborhood to "test" recipes. Why didn't we buy this sooner! Margaritas, pi?a coladas, chocolate milkshakes, frozen limeades, and frozen grape or orange slushies have all been hits. If your ingredients are chilled, it really helps with the speed. Get one or two gallon pitchers that will fit in your refrigerator or cooler so you can mix your first batch and have your second and third batches chilled and ready to go, and the party will not stop!
