I DO NOT recommend making a purchase from this company. It is based in China, and they do not stand behind their products. We purchased an ice machine. The compressor went out after 3 1/2 years. The description stated that the compressor was under warranty for five years. (After I started emailing them regarding the compressor being out, the company changed the description on Amazon, it is now only 1 year). There is no US support as stated in "About this item". I have spent 3 months emailing this company. Each time I email they request information that I have already emailed them. At first, to get the compressor they wanted me to pay shipping ($250) to receive a compressor. Next, they said they were out of compressors and wanted me to purchase another ice machine for half price. Lastly, they said they would send me a tracking number and the compressor within 7 days. They did not. Two weeks later, they sent me a phone number and had me call. No one answered, I left a message. Someone from the company began texting me. (Never have I spoken to a representative.) The company representative that texted me stated they would send me a new ice machine if I would remove my reviews of the company. They sent a replacement machine that was severely damaged and appeared that it had been used previously. I texted and sent pictures to show the damage. The company then said they would send us a smaller machine and $200. Which amounted to $800 less than we paid for the original machine. Next, I was told to take the compressor out of the damaged machine and use it. (This machine also leaked fluid all over my floor. when it was delivered). I replied, I did not want to use the compressor out of the damaged machine in fear it would not work properly. I asked the company to have the machine picked up. Since I made that request, they have ghosted me. I have not heard anything from them since June 30 and have texted 3 times since June 30. We still do not have a working ice machine. This issue still has not been resolved and it is quickly approaching 4 months that I have been trying to get GSEICE to stand behind their product and still no resolution.

After purchasing a lesser machine and being dissatisfied with its capacity, I decided to buy this one more than a month ago. For our Fourth of July block party, this machine produced over 200 pounds of ice, and I took it with us on vacation to the California Delta, where it was 100 degrees. In that heat, we generated at least 60 lbs every day. Under typical circumstances, I easily produce 100 lbs when we are at home. This machine kept three of us campers and boaters in plenty of ice and paid for itself because a 20 lb bag of ice costs $ 16.00 per bag (yes, we are in California). This together with the luggage I ordered worked out fantastically. 30 pounds each boat per day in addition to full ice chests. This is a winner if you need a lot of ice for camping, boating, and large gatherings—I just wish the next iteration didn't require breaking the cube blocks apart.

Fast as 10 mins you have commercial grade mini ice machine. Time usually depend how thick you want. No need to buy expensive ice maker machine. Very worth it for my small restaurant. No need to buy big ice machine that will consume big space.
